Our weatherproof ASA-PVC roofing sheet is manufactured by one time processing through three or four layer co-extrusion technique. It has long lasting color stability, and offers strong anti-UV performance to ensure long lifespan. Also, these roofing sheets have characteristics such as easy cleaning, good thermal and sound insulation, as well as great resistance to water, fire, corrosion, and contaminations. With high toughness, they can also withstand strong winds and shocks as well as heavy hails. The light weight makes sure they are easy for installation. Additionally, mainly made of ASA and PVC, this range of product is electrical insulating.

The adoption of highly weather resistant engineering resin ASA from SABIC, one of the Global 500 companies in the world, makes sure the surface layer has at least 10 years' color stability, superior UV resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance as well.
Good quality modified PVC material with high toughness is adopted to ensure the strength while without compromising on the rigidity.
The third layer of our roofing sheet is a special foam structured material which delivers good heat and sound insulation.
The bottom layer also adopts high toughness materials to ensure both strength and rigidity. The special material also offers a sense of space, and makes the building interior look brighter.

Long lasting color stability
Our PVC/ASA roofing sheets have outstanding weather resistance. Even when they are exposed to strong UV, direct sunlight, varied temperatures, and any other severe environmental conditions, they still offer stable color quality and surface quality. Experiments have proven that our roof sheets have at least 10 years' color stability (△E≤5) for outdoor use in areas with strong sun radiation, such as the Australia.
Remarkable Heat Insulation
Our plastic roofing materials have remarkable heat insulation performance. The heat conductivity coefficient is 0.07W/(m.K), which is 1/6 that of cement roofing tile and only 1/2200 that of 0.5mm thick color steel tiles.
Superb corrosion resistance
Through tests, our range of roofing sheet has no chemical reactions even when it is immersed in acid solution with concentration below 70%, saline solution, or alkali solution for continuously 24 hours. It is rustless, which improves its water resistance correspondingly. Due to these, this range of roofing supplies is ideal for coastal areas as well as areas with frequent acid rain.
Strong fire resistance
According to the UL94-2013 standard tests conducted by SGS, our insulated roof panels are proven to have flame rating not less than V0. That is, this type of building material belongs to nonflammable material.

These special waterproof installation accessories are independently designed by us for proper installation and fixation of our ASA-PVC roofing sheet. They play important roles in fixing the sheeting materials properly, thus avoiding water leakage and distortion as well as other unusual circumstances.
We recommend using 5 sets of fittings for every square meter of roofing sheet during installation, so as to prevent water leakage and extend the service life of the roofing material.
