The insulated wall panel is manufactured by 3 layer co-extrusion technology through one-time processing. Each kind of material provides the product with some special features. Given below are the distinct features of each layer of material.

Surface layer
Weather resistant resin is adopted as the surface layer material. This material has good UV protection performance and low coefficient of thermal conductivity. It ensures great product durability and good chemical corrosion resistance.

Middle layer
The middle layer of the insulated wall panel is a special foam structure. It is this layer that offers the product heat and sound insulation functions.

Bottom layer
This layer adopts a kind of high toughness material which ensures both strength and rigidity.

Product Advantages of Insulated Wall Panel

Great heat insulation effect

The extremely low coefficient of thermal conductivity of 0.07 W/(m.K) indicates our UPVC wall panel has exceptional thermal insulating performance. Its thermal conductivity is only 1/6 and 1/2200 that of cement wall tiles and 0.5mm thick color steel sheets, respectively.

Good sound insulation effect

Being able to absorb noises effectively, this type of construction material has wonderful sound reduction performance as well. Experiments have proven that its noise reduction effect is 35dB higher than color steel sheets.

Fine corrosion resistance

Tests have proven that chemical reactions won't occur even when the UPVC wall board is immersed in saline solution, alkali solution, or various acid solutions with concentration below 60% for continuously 24 hours.
Meanwhile, unlike color steel products, our plastic sheeting material won't rust. This effectively avoids water leakage after long term use and ensures better waterproof performance.

Highly fire resistant

According to UL 94-2013 standard flammability tests conducted by SGS, the product is a kind of non-flammable material with flame rating not lower than V0.

Thanks to light weight and a complete range of installation accessories, our building insulation materials are convenient for installation. Additionally, our products are available with maximum effective width up to 1,360mm, which ensures higher installation speed than that for concrete wall panels.
